As the world continues to move away from burning fossil fuels like coal for energy, a corresponding shift in the labor field will also have to take place to provide jobs for those no longer employed in the coal industry.
Thankfully, according to a new study published in the journal Energy Economics, the skill set necessary to work in the solar industry is fairly similar to the one needed in the coal sector.
